Anne Gonzales, PT, DPT

Speaker's Profile

Anne Gonzales has been practicing pediatric physical therapy since 2005 when she graduated from the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.  Anne has experience in the outpatient, clinic, home based and inpatient physical therapy setting

Professional Highlights: 

  • Inpatient physical therapist at Nationwide Children’s Hospital specializing  in Oncology and Hematology.  
  • Lead therapist for the TEMPO initiative and presented a poster at the 2018 BMT Tandem Meeting.  
  • Integral member of the Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia clinical outcome group.  
  • Active member of the Hemophilia Treatment Center and contributes to Quality Improvement initiatives and best practice protocols.   


Anne received the National Hemophilia Foundation Physical Therapy Excellence Fellowship in 2016 and is working with Dr. Riten Kumar on an exercise in patients with mild Hemophilia A.  


Anne is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association including the Oncology Section.
